If there are any sizing issues upon first fitting, please contact us promptly. To ensure you receive the correct fit, we offer international return and exchange, subject to the conditions below.
Conditions:
All exchange requests must meet the following requirements:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be returned in original condition. Exactly as received, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damage caused by the customer.
- Items must have all original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
Outpace Two System reserves the right to refuse any exchange request if any of these conditions are not met.
How to Request an Exchange
Please email outpacetwosystem@gmail.com and include the following:
- Your original order number
- The item(s) you would like to exchange
- Clear photos of the item(s) so we can verify their condition
- A short explanation of the reason for the exchange
