How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders that meet our minimum order amount. Orders below this amount will be charged based on courier rates and destination. Final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped through DHL Express. This ensures reliable tracking and secure delivery for international orders.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
Yes. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected by your local customs office or courier upon delivery.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 48–72 hours for the courier to collect the shipment and update the tracking information in their system.
What should I do if there’s an issue with my delivery?
If there is an issue with your delivery, please start by checking your tracking number for the latest updates. Once the package is with the courier, Outpace Two System is not responsible for any loss or theft in transit. If needed, you may contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the courier.
What's your return & exchange policy?
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt for sizing or valid concerns, provided they are unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging. Access our full Return & Exchange Policy here.
Can I choose a return and refund instead of an exchange?
Yes. You may choose to return your item for a refund instead of an exchange, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in original condition with original tags and packaging.
Please note that for international orders, all return shipping costs are shouldered by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and any import duties, taxes, or handling fees incurred upon return will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal as our payment method. You can pay using your PayPal balance, or through your linked credit or debit card via PayPal.
How will I know if my payment was successful?
Once your payment is completed:
- You will see an order confirmation page on our website, and,
- You will receive a confirmation email from both Outpace Two System and PayPal.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. All payments are securely processed through PayPal. Outpace Two System does not store or have access to your card details.
